Rainy Day

I planned to get out and take pictures yesterday. Instead I spent the day reading the book for our book club/writer's group which is tonight. 

And it wasn't a chore. Loved this book. It hooked me right away and it was hard to stop reading. Findley had to poke me and resort to whining to get me to let him out. Well worth the time spent.

Today it is pouring down rain. I guess I won't be walking to work. Glad I have the option to drive. 

Our birdhouse resident was out under the eave seemingly disgusted with the wet weather.
