Mr. Red-headed woodpecker brought along a friend yesterday.
Almost every time I walk around The Rez, I see this guy. He likes to tease me into thinking he will allow a really close-up shot, but he never does. At least this time I had a nice background.
At least he brought along his friend, Mr. Downy Woodpecker.
He was very busy pecking a hole in this tree.
Mr. Downy brought Mrs. Downy along for a visit. How can I be sure this is the Mrs? She doesn't have red on her head. She wouldn't turn around to look at me. Guess she is a shy one.
